Glad to hear you had a great time Ted.....seen Terri twice here -- her first show was wonderful and was acoustic -- her second show was the full band show you saw and I don't know if she was tired that night or what but it lacked the energy she usually has on stage. Good news for Adam re: Strait cut - that'll help keep the wolves away from the door if that happens

Yep. Terri was full of beans alright, Justmy. Right into it. A credit to her, as she was sunburned and you could tell she'd been to the beach. She gave it plenty. Yep. Adam has his fingers crossed. He said his wife was eyeing off new swimming pools just in case it happens. LOL! Funny bloke, Adam. Hope you get to see him sometime too. Good music and plenty of humour in his show. Deep voice a la Dave Dudley, but you've heard him, of course. On Spinifex....poor kid gets a bit mixed up sometimes. Those kangaroos don't actually play golf. They just hang around a couple of golf courses I know...laze on the greens and things like that. Although one place (not a golf course) - Pebbly Beach - they're all over the place.

I tride for ya, Mr.SAM. Butt it didn werk out. Hay, we's jus watched the Soup Bowl. It woz reel good. We woz cheerin for Carolina but they's woz beat by that feel goal by that bloke wot mist sum erlier. We woz happy for him we woz. Cause if he mist it he probbly wooda been kicked outta town. An them blokes from New England is pritty good too, isn't they? They's took the Rugby Whirl Cup back too Lundan an now they's takin' the NFL titel back to England too. Hay, Miss Justmy. Wallaby haz jus got his poors on 35 award nominated songs from Tamworth. We iz gonna senja it. Iz you still livin where you orlways duz? Wallaby likes mosta them. He reckins `Blackwood Hill' an' `Rainin' On The Plains' iz the best. `Blackwood Hill' iz orl about wen Beccy woz a littel gurl an' wanned to be a star an sing at the Opry - I think's she haz dunn that orlreddy. An Wallaby likes `Down The Road' by Jimmy Little an' Troy Cassar-Daley too. Wallaby reckins our production standards has improved too. Probbly cause of copyin thems off Nashville. But we's izn't into new Country so much likes Nashville iz so's I spose this iz more like Americana sort ov stuff. Let's no, Miss Justmy. Pea Ess: Wallaby says youse iz gonna likes Trev Warner too. If you likes Sonya Isaacs then yoo shood likes Trev. He's not az pretty, but.

Jason McCoy is playing the clubs of New South Wales this month with Adam Harvey. Bonnie Raitt is coming down for a few gigs. Great artist but the entrance fee is really steeeep. Fraid ol' Wallaby is gonna have to miss this one. Pity. I missed her last time and was kicking myself. Missussted didn't want to go so I backed out too. Stupid. Cost was less than half this one then too. Kevin Welch and Kieran Kane are out here again next month. Kevin has become a regular and plays at a number of festivals down here. Got my ears open for Heather Myles though. I hear she'll be down here in the next month or two.

I would love to see Heather perform live! I hear you on the Raitt tickets -- gotta draw the line somewhere between eating and listening to live music Kevin and Keiran put on a great show! And betcha Jason's show is pretty good with a mix of his old along with tracks from his latest....

Here's a Tamworth treat for y'all: telstra.com/countrywide/countrymusic/html/index.aspClick on `watch video'. Then click on `Your Playlist'. Then select your choice and click on `play selected'. Performances are live from Tamworth. My favourites are Beccy Cole's `Blackwood Hill', albeit acoustic here, and Catherine Britt's `Hillbilly Ramblin' Girl'. Missussted loves Adam Brand - anything he plays. And we have a concert by my favourite male country music artist (after Alan Jackson that is) - Graeme Connors - writes all his own stuff - Oz's best country music poet IMO. Lot's of enjoyment here for `real' or `trad' country music fans. Enjoy it all. P.S. `Catch Tania's Bus' and `On The Street' will give you a brief taste of Oz and the critters that live there - including a few views of Tamworth.

I'll let 'em know you miss 'em, though, Pete, 'cause I come here whenever I miss my Aussie buddies. I watched "Finding Nemo" again last week. Gotta love them sharks from Oz.
