Rodney Crowell is reuniting his former Band the Cherry Bombs with Vince Gill and Universal South executive Tony Brown. While Larrie London has passed away, his protégé Eddie Bayers has come in to play drums and Michael Rhodes replaces Emory Gordy, who is now a producer. Academy of Country Music seven-time “Piano Player of the Year” John Hobbs rounds out the group on keyboards.
Universal South will release their new project on August 7.
