Steel Guitarist Larry T Bell is working on a new instrumental CD with a wide variety of music, both covers and original material. He has invited several local musicians/friends to be a part of the session. I have had the pleasure of working with Larry for the past couple of years, and I am proud to be a part of his latest project. To give a listen to some of the work in progress, go to....http://www.larrybell.org/id41.htm

thanks for the tip, martycaster. some good stuff on there, particularly the countrified "rikki". is "uncle phil" going to be included on the new cd, it kicks butt! i think larry is one of the best indie steel players i've ever heard. best of luck on the new project, jw

Now that is what I like for background music when I'm working on something, or just easy listening.
I downloaded two of the songs - one was I Fall To Pieces and the other was In My Room .
I'm looking forward to getting the CD.

Wow! Thanks for the kind words and the interest in my music. And thanks to my buddy Marty for turning me on to this site. Of course all us steel players love the real deal and you folks understand what that's all about. Marty's upright bass playing is also a highlight of this CD, so be sure to check it out. Release date is April 23. Hope I make the deadline -- it's still in the oven. Please feel free to ramble around my website www.larrybell.orgAnd, yes, hard -- a new version of Uncle Phil will be on the new disc -- and the old version is still available on my first CD. Thanks again for listening. LTB

Thanks for stopping in and saying hello Larry -- really enjoyed your work on the Harlan tribute! Best wishes for your new ventures -- Marty's not to bad a fella to have around on bass either
